June Elaine (Schnell) Arthur Larson

June Elaine (Schnell) Arthur Larson went to be with her Lord and Savior on April 1, 2021. The family has chosen Boman Funeral Home (www.bomanfh.com) to care for their needs.

June was born on June 1, 1940 to Truman and Evelyn (Purkapile) Schnell in Webster City, Iowa. She grew up in Webster City, and graduated from the Webster City High School in 1958. She worked hard and was loved by her family members. She really liked living in the country with her husband Larry who passed away five years ago. She also enjoyed going to garage sales with her sisters and Larry and walking the path around the cemetery. After her retirement she liked to watch the Walton’s, the Rifleman and other “good old shows” on television. Her boys are going to miss her, and the goulash and banana bread that she made.

June’s family includes: two sons from a previous marriage Mike and Chris Arthur of Webster City, the blessing of grandchildren: Presley, Aaron, and Griffin Arthur, and Sara, Holly and Devin Larson; and great-grandson: Samuel Arthur; sisters: Marcia Dayton and Ruth Bond; one brother Melvie Schnell; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 45 years; stepson Allen Larson; brothers: Mert, Bernie, Larry, Frank and Bob; one infant sister Verla Jean.
