Kathryn Lynn McCollough, 62, of Williams, IA died on Friday, August 7, 2020, at the Unity Point Hospital in Fort Dodge, Iowa. Visitation will be on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at Boman Funeral Home (www.bomanfh.com). The funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM, on Wednesday, August 12, 2020, at Boman Funeral Home, the family requests that everyone who attends the visitation and service to please wear a mask.

Kathryn was born on September 15, 1957 to Marvin and Shirley (Brown) McCollough in Redwing, MN. After graduating from the Webster City High School in 1976, she worked at the K-Mart in Webster City. Kathryn later became the manager of the Doc Stop on Superior, and then the manager of Dollar General. She then worked at the Boondocks by Williams until her retirement.

Kathryn was a people person who enjoyed life, she loved dirt track racing and her puppies. She especially enjoyed all her “kids” that came over.

Her family includes two sons: Kenny and Brett (Allison), all of Williams; two brothers: Jeff, of Randall, IA and Gene of Williams, IA; four nephews: Justin, Jamie, Joshua and Jerry; three cousins: Janice, Beth, and Leland and their families; and her many honorary kids and grand-kids.
