Dolores Ann Bergman

Dolores Ann Bergman, 74, of Stratford, IA, died Monday December 23, 2013 at her home.  Her funeral service will be held Saturday at 2:00 PM at the Stratford Lutheran Church with Pastor Joe Lambert officiating.  The visitation will be held Friday from 5-7 at the church. She was born October 9, 1939 in Webster City to Jess & Dora (Bass) Osborn.  She graduated from Stratford High School in 1958.  Dennis and Dolores were married at the Stratford Methodist Church on May 28, 1958.  She did interior design with her friend Bertha Takle, in many homes and businesses in central Iowa.  Dolores enjoyed camping, watching humming birds, visiting at her table & drinking coffee. One of the highlights of summer was going to the Clay County Fair with Dennis.  She was a member of the Stratford Lutheran Church.
Her family includes: her husband, three sons Tony (Sharon) & Doug (Jan) all of Stratford & Greg (Lisa) of Slater, five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren & sister Irene (Roger) Hoshaw of Stratford.  Her parents preceded her in death.
