Donna Williams

Donna Williams, Warrensburg, MO, died on Friday, February 2, 2024. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, from 9:30 – 10:15 AM, at Boman Funeral Home (www.bomanfh.com) in Webster City, Iowa, followed by the funeral at 10:30 AM.

Donna was born on May 4, 1933, in Stanhope, Iowa to Claire and Veda (Fortune) Davis.  She grew up and attended school in Webster City.  After high school, she attended college and then got her cosmetology license.  She married Thomas Holkan and they had a daughter Susan in 1951.  They later divorced.  Donna married Gerald (Jerry) Odland and they had a daughter Tammy in 1964.  Jerry passed away in 1965.   She then married Donald Williams Sr.  She moved from Iowa, to Neosho, Missouri, in 1977.

 Donna was a hard worker all her life and always worked outside the home to support the family doing various jobs, including cooking, secretarial work, and working at a factory for several years.  She also sold Home Interiors products and was involved in selling Stanley Home Products.  

She loved showing and raising horses all her life and was active in Barrell Racing. She did her own leather work, gardening, and canning.  She also bred and raised Yorkies and Pomeranians.  Donna enjoyed being outside. 

Donna’s family includes her daughter Tammy Severs, of Knob Noster, MO; two grandchildren:  Frank (Deb) Worrick, of Dewitt, IA and Tressa Worrick of Dewitt; four great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands; daughter Susan and her husband Robert Worrick; and sister Doris and her husband Keith Hedrick.
