Eddie L. Sullivan, 75, of Webster City, stepped into eternity on Monday, September 16, 2019. The family will receive friends and relatives on Thursday, September 19, from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at MAC Life Church in Blairsburg, Iowa. Funeral Service will be at 10:30 AM on Friday, September 20 at MAC Life Church in Blairsburg. The family has chosen Boman Funeral Home (www.bomanfh.com) to care for their needs.

Eddie was born on December 30, 1943, in East St. Louis, Missouri to Charles and Deloris (Huntman). He married Karen K. (Griffin) on May 11, 1978, at First Baptist Church in Webster City. Eddie worked as a Certified Nurse Anesthetist in Joliet, Illinois, until his retirement.

Eddie and Karen were members of the Blairsburg Missionary Alliance Church. Eddie liked to fish and cook. He also enjoyed woodworking and has created many beautiful pieces. Eddie loved traveling, he and Karen were able to travel to many places, including London, Scotland, and France, and made it to all the states except Oregon and Washington. Many of his travels were done on his motorcycle. Eddie also liked puzzles. At one time he put together the largest Jigsaw puzzle in the world, a 13,200-piece puzzle measuring five foot by ten foot.

Eddie’s family includes his wife Karen; sisters: Shirley Greear and Virginia Carlson; sisters-in-law: Veda (Frank) Faro, Verna Dinsdale, and Nancy (LeRoy) Cooper; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father and mother; sister Ruth; brother Richard; and special dog Seiko.
