Gwyn V. Ruhl

Gwyn V. Ruhl age 97 of Dardanelle passed on Tuesday, October 9, 2012 at Dardanelle Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born June 29, 1915 at Stratford, Iowa to the late Winfred Carl and Mildred Lorenzen Latch. She was a homemaker and a Bookkeeper for Eichman’s and Central Stationary and was also a Girls 4-H Leader for several years at Blairsburg, Iowa. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 72 years, Carl L. Ruhl; two sons, Jerold Ruhl and Rodney Ruhl; a grandson, Jeffrey Hetland and a sister, Donna Latch Ruhl.
 Survivors include a son, David Ruhl and wife Connie; a daughter, Sharon Ruhl Hawkins and husband Lyle all of Dardanelle; grandchildren, Karla McCool and husband Charlie, Ronda Jackson and husband Ron, Kay Hetland, Christine Ruhl, Nate Ruhl and wife Annie, Mike Ruhl and wife Marivel, J.R. Ruhl and several great grandchildren.
 Graveside services will be held at 10:00A.M., Saturday, October 13, 2012 at Graceland Cemetery in Webster City, Iowa.
