Jayden Jawan Choate age 4 passed away Friday, June 17, 2016. A Private graveside ceremony will be held for family and close friends at Paton Township Cemetery in Paton, Iowa. The family has chosen Boman Funeral Home, Webster City (www.bomanfh.com) to care for their needs.

Jayden was born October 21, 2011 at Mercy Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa. Jayden loved to sing and dance, his favorite song was “Uptown Funk” by Bruno Mars. He recently completed 4 year old preschool. Jayden favorite color was red. He loved to ride his bike and to bring his Mom “flowers”. Jayden had a bright smile and is loved and missed by many

Jayden is survived by his mother Nikita Choate, father Brandon Schrag Younger Brother Ja’vion Phillips of Elgin, IA, and Younger sister Zoey Schrag all of Elgin, IA; Grandparents David and Marla Choate of Webster City, IA, Grandfather Barry Schrag of Elmwood, WI, Grandmother Cindy McManus of Elmwood, WI; many loving Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins; and Jayden's birth father Ladarian Phillips of Louisiana.
